Meeting the Owners
Camp Walden has been around for 37 years. Get to know Camp Walden’s owners Sol & Jen Birenbaum and Howie & Sari Grossinger

Settings and Accommodations
Experience the wonderful scenery of Camp Walden including our 750 acres of land and private lake. Take a look at our cabins, dining hall, and other facilities to understand how we accommodate our campers.

The Units
We divide our camp into 5 specific units (Colours, Comics, Zodiacs, Seekers, C.I.T.s) based on their age. Find out what unit your camper is (or will be) in.

The Activities
The many planned activities at Camp Walden are a specialty of ours. We have excellent facilities for land and water sports as well as the arts. We believe the activities are an important part of your child’s growing experience - aiding in the development of their social, creative and athletic skills.

Health and Safety
Camp Walden ’s first priority is keeping our campers safe. Our counselors are all knowledgeable about our safety and emergency procedures and practices. We also have a nurses station with a doctor and several registered nurse available at all times. Click the above link to find out more about our health facilities.

We provide handy, clear, and printable directions for driving to Camp Walden from a variety of different key locations. They’re definitely useful to have when dropping off, picking up or visiting the camp for visitor’s day!

We have provided you with a helpful guide for package and bussing information. It includes our baggage policy and information for parents about visiting days.  

Packing List
Our packing list will help you choose the proper clothing and equipment to make staying at Camp Walden a comfortable and fun experience. The list includes must-brings, suggestions for additional items, and how many of each item you should bring … making sure there are no surprises!

Health Form
Print our health form for your camper. The form includes space for information about current medication, your child’s medical history (immunization, allergies etc.), and special requests you may have regarding your child’s health.
